Citation :

30 Seconds To Mars encouraged a stage invasion as they played the Leeds Festival tonight (August 27).

The band, fronted by Jared Leto, kept the rain away as they "took fans to their hearts" on the main stage at Bramham Park.

Appearing from the top of the stage, Leto, who was dressed in white
head to toe, opened their set with ' Beautiful Life', followed by
'Search And Destroy' and 'Attack'.

Addressing the crowd
numerous times throughout their set, he thanked them for coming out and
"rounding off their summer in the UK".

Tacks from their latest album This Is War'' followed, with an acoustic version of 'Hurricane' and 'The kill'.

Directing fans to get on each others shoulders, 30 Seconds To Mars kicked off 'Closer To The Edge'.

The band's set ended when Leto invited 40 audience members on stage for closer 'Kings And Queens'.
